A trip to the Library

The other night while I was visiting teaching Brad decided to take Ella on her first trip to the Library. Ella loves books so she was thrilled to take the trip with Daddy.

She had fun with all of the toys there and loved looking through all of the books and pulling them off the shelves.

However, there was one book that she was particularly drawn to. . .it was the first one she grabbed, and the one she just wouldn't seem to let go of. She seemed drawn to it right from the start. Brad said it was really random and pretty funny and try as he may, he could not get her interested in anything else!

Her daddy must not have been too fond of the book because it was not the book that made it home with her.

I am planning on taking Ella to the library again tomorrow so I'll let you know if she is still drawn to the same book, and if so, maybe we will start allowing her to be exposed to a wider array of experiences.
